Our Facilities
Whether you’re hosting a party with family and friends or organizing a conference with customers, Bowerhill Village Hall will cater to your needs as well as those around you. Featuring spacious rooms with plenty of natural light, the village hall is a perfect place for hosting your events.
Main Hall
This large, open room will give the best feel possible to each and every guest attending your event because it’s so versatile. 37′ x 42′ in size, the main hall can accommodate approximately 212 people seated, or 100 people with tables and chairs.
Meeting Room One
Well lit and perfectly capable of hosting smaller functions, meeting room one is 22’ x 13’ and can accommodate approximately 30 people seated for a meeting, 18 people with tables and chairs or 40 people standing.
Meeting Room Two
Spacious, bright and well suited for smaller functions, meeting room two is 22’ x 14’ and can accommodate approximately 30 people seated for a meeting, 18 people with tables and chairs or 40 people standing.
Additional Facilities
A fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, kettle, oven, fridge, freezer, sink and hot water dispenser. Separate ladies, gents and disabled toilets, as well as baby changing facilities are also available. There is a Wi-Fi hotspot that allows free access to the internet. You can also hire our multimedia system for meetings and events.
Flexible Floor Plan
The main hall and the meeting rooms are separated by sliding dividers which means it’s possible to make both meeting rooms into one room or to extend the main hall by adding one or both of the meeting rooms to suit your needs.
Car Parking
There is a car park with disabled parking on site. It is also possible to use the school carpark next to the village hall as overflow parking, so long as it is not during usual school hours.
